    I know how you feel. You’re a busy mom who is pulled in so many different directions. You’re always taking care of everyone else physically and emotionally, and it’s just too hard to lose weight and take care of yourself too.

My goal in writing this book is to provide busy moms with an easy-to-follow program that will put an end to yo-yo dieting and the continued search for the quick fix solution.

    As a busy mom and business owner myself, I understand that leading a healthy lifestyle in the midst of our day-to-day responsibilities is challenging, stressful and overwhelming. At the end of the day, after work, kids, activities and meals, you are simply too tired to sit and read a diet book, let alone make major lifestyle changes.

    That’s exactly why I came up with my own signature system specifically for busy moms, called Small Steps to Slim: A Simple, ‘No Diet’ Lifestyle System for Busy Moms. I know you need a system you can follow with ease, and I know you want to start implementing it right away without having to set aside large amounts of time, money and resources to do so. That’s what you will find in this book!

    My signature system is short, simple, easy to follow, and highly effective. You will be able to get through this book in less than 30 minutes and be well on your way to making lasting lifestyle changes and looking and feeling incredible. Throughout this program, I’ll be guiding and empowering you to feel fabulous, revived, energized and renewed. I am here to support you on your journey of losing weight for good. What you’ve done so far hasn’t worked. Diets don’t work for the long term because they are typically not sustainable. Lifestyle changes are what make the difference, but for most people, making them seems difficult and downright miserable. My role and true passion is to help you stop dieting and start making small, realistic changes easily so that you can finally lose weight for good.

    Why Small Steps To Slim Works

    It is my own life and professional experiences that led me to come up with this process. I was a dietitian in a hospital, and I handed out meal plans that most people did not follow. That experience made me wonder why people aren’t sticking to their lifestyle changes. Through much research and more credentials and certifications, I discovered the solution…

    The only way to lose weight for good is to make small, gradual, healthy, lasting changes to your eating and exercise habits. Instead of making drastic changes that are unrealistic to maintain, in this book, you will learn to focus on making gradual changes that are easier to stick with permanently.

    Your lifestyle and current habits are unique to you, which is why your changes will be unique to you as well. In this program, you will be deciding what is realistic for you, and you will progress at your own pace.

    It’s important to point out that this program starts by developing a foundation for weight loss. Most people don’t work on the foundation and just jump right in.     Ashvini Mashru is Registered Dietitian and a professional Health and Wellness Coach who has over 12 years of experience in helping individuals achieve healthy lifestyles.

    Through her own practice, Wellness Nutrition Concepts, LLC located in Malvern, Pennsylvania (suburban Philadelphia), and through virtual online sessions for out-of-area clients, Ashvini provides a number of nutrition and wellness consulting services.     Ashvini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Food Service Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Science and Nutrition from SNDT Women’s University in Pune, India. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education from Immaculata University, Malvern, Pennsylvania.
