Feisty and fun Pegine was inducted into GetMotivation.com’s Motivational Speakers Hall of Fame – the only Latina and one of eight women. Her fellow 58 members include Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie and Tony Robbins.  SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) named her one of 100 Global Thought Leaders on Diversity and Inclusion. A former gang member and president of a direct selling company she is also author of “Sometimes You Need to Kick Your Own Butt.”
