I know how you feel. You’re a busy mom who is pulled in so many different directions. You’re always taking care of everyone else physically and emotionally, and it’s just too hard to lose weight and take care of yourself too.

You want to lose the extra pounds you’ve gained, but you can’t seem to find the time to exercise, and preparing healthy meals is a challenge on top of everything else you have to do. You’ve probably tried numerous diets in the past, each one claiming fast results, but they clearly didn’t work or you wouldn’t be here reading this book.

You’ve heard it said a thousand times that moms need to make time for themselves, but you have yet to find a way to do that. There just isn’t enough time! Yet, you know you need to do something different, or you’ll never feel the way you want to feel and look the way you want to look. You’re probably sick of trying diet after diet and worrying about whether your efforts will ever pay off. This book will finally be the answer to your plight! My goal in writing this book is to provide busy moms with an easy-to-follow program that will put an end to yo-yo dieting and the continued search for the quick fix solution.

As a busy mom and business owner myself, I understand that leading a healthy lifestyle in the midst of our day-to-day responsibilities is challenging, stressful and overwhelming. At the end of the day, after work, kids, activities and meals, you are simply too tired to sit and read a diet book, let alone make major
lifestyle changes.

That’s exactly why I came up with my own signature system specifically for busy moms, called Small Steps to Slim: A Simple, ‘No Diet’ Lifestyle System for Busy Moms. I know you need a system you can follow with ease, and I know you want to start implementing it right away without having to set aside large amounts of time, money and resources to do so. That’s what you will find in this book!

My signature system is short, simple, easy to follow, and highly effective. You will be able to get through this book in less than 30 minutes and be well on your way to making lasting lifestyle changes and looking and feeling incredible. Throughout this program, I’ll be guiding and empowering you to feel fabulous, revived, energized and renewed. I am here to support you on your journey of losing weight for good. What you’ve done so far hasn’t worked. Diets don’t work for the long term because they are typically not sustainable. Lifestyle changes are what make the difference, but for most people, making them seems difficult and downright miserable. My role and true passion is to help you stop dieting and start making small, realistic changes easily so that you can finally lose weight for good.
